These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Noema Design Haus Shopify store and the purchase of any digital products ("Templates") offered through it. By accessing our store or completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About Us

Noema Design Haus is an independent digital design studio offering Canva templates for personal and event use. Our store is operated from South Africa.

2. Products

All products listed in our store are digital templates. Upon purchase, you will receive a PDF with a link to access your Canva template. No physical goods will be shipped.

3. License and Permitted Use

Each template purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable personal use licence. Under this licence you may:

  • Edit the template for your own personal event, project, or celebration.
  • Print or digitally share the final design for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the template file or Canva link in any form.
  • Use the template for commercial purposes, client work, or as part of a service you sell to others.
  • Claim ownership of the original design, layout, or structure.
  • Share the Canva link publicly or privately with anyone other than yourself.

If you wish to use a template for commercial purposes or client-based work, please contact us before purchasing to discuss a commercial licence.

4. Intellectual Property

All designs, layouts, and template structures available through Noema Design Haus are the intellectual property of Noema Design Haus and are protected by applicable copyright law. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or resale is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

5. Payments

All payments are processed securely through Shopify's payment system. By completing a purchase, you authorise the transaction for the amount displayed at checkout. Prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and are subject to change without notice.

6. Refunds

Please refer to our separate Return and Refund Policy for full details. In summary, all sales are final due to the digital nature of our products, except in cases of genuine technical failure on our part.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Templates are provided "as is." Noema Design Haus makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that Canva will remain available or that templates will function identically across all Canva account types.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Noema Design Haus will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or store.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our store after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our store will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
