Thank you for shopping with Noema Design Haus. Because all of our products are digital downloads, please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Digital Products - No Physical Goods
All products sold through Noema Design Haus are digital templates delivered electronically. No physical items are manufactured, stocked, or shipped. Upon completing your purchase, you will receive a PDF containing a direct link to access your template in Canva.
2. All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a purchase has been completed and the digital file has been made available to you.
This policy is in place because:
- Digital files cannot be 'returned' once accessed or downloaded.
- We are unable to verify whether a file has been used after delivery.
- Instant access is granted at the time of purchase.
3. Exceptions
We understand that issues can occasionally arise. We will consider a resolution in the following circumstances:
- The file link is broken or inaccessible and we are unable to resolve the issue.
- The product received is significantly different from what was described or shown.
- A duplicate purchase was made accidentally (please contact us within 24 hours).
To request assistance, please contact us at noemahaus@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will do our best to resolve the matter promptly.
4. Customisation Requests
If you require a customised version of a template or additional design assistance, please reach out before purchasing so we can discuss options and pricing. Customisation services are not eligible for refunds once work has commenced.
