Shipping policy

Noema Design Haus sells exclusively digital products. This Shipping Policy explains how your purchase is delivered to you.
1. No Physical Shipping
We do not sell or ship any physical goods. All products are digital Canva templates delivered electronically. There are no shipping fees, no courier services, and no delivery times to worry about.
2. How You Receive Your Purchase
After your payment is confirmed, you will receive:
- A confirmation email from Shopify to the email address used at checkout.
- Access to a PDF file containing your direct Canva template link.
This process is automated and typically happens instantly. In some cases, delivery may take up to 15 minutes depending on your email provider.
3. Check Your Spam Folder
If you do not receive your confirmation email within 15 minutes of purchase, please check your spam or junk mail folder. Automated emails can sometimes be filtered.
4. Accessing Your Template
To use your template, you will need:
- A free or paid Canva account (canva.com).
- The PDF link included in your purchase email.
Click the link in your PDF to open the template in Canva, where you can customise it to suit your needs.
5. Problems with Delivery
If you experience any issues accessing your purchase, please contact us at noemahaus@gmail.com with your order number. We are happy to resend your file link or troubleshoot access issues.
6. International Orders
Because our products are digital, we can sell to customers anywhere in the world. There are no customs fees, import duties, or international shipping charges.
